All Playcraft perforated metal decks
and stepping surfaces (including
steps, ramps and bridges) are
made in-house. The process begins
at the CNC Turret Punch which
perforates heavy-duty sheet metal
into specific patterns which are
later formed, reinforced, cleaned,
Play-Tuff™ or Thermoplastic coated
and cured. State-of-the-art design
and excellent in-house quality
control yields safer, more durable
and kid-friendly decking!
We use more precision die-cast
aluminum components in our
playground equipment than
anyone in the industry. Die-cast
aluminum components made
in house offer a combination of
versatility, strength and durability
for years of trouble-free play. All
aluminum components receive
the same high quality finish as our
steel components.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
on all stainless steel hardware,
steel posts, aluminum posts, aluminum caps and aluminum
clamps against failure due to natural deterioration or corrosion,
or defects in materials or workmanship.
(25) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
on all cast aluminum Spring
Rider castings against structural failure due to defects in
materials or workmanship.
(15) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
on all metal rails, handles,
rungs, loops and walls, all Play-Tuff™ coated perforated metal
decks, steps, and bridges, all rotationally molded and
HDPE sheet plastic components, excluding recycled plastic
components, against structural failure due to defects in
materials or workmanship.
(10) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
on all shade canopy fabric
made of UV Stabilized HDPE monofilament yarn and tape
against significant fading.

on all Play-Cord™
components against breakage.
