solution for playgrounds, day care facilities,
and community play areas. These products
have been tested for years to ensure that we
supply only the best turf surfaces for your
application. We have systems available that
can meet any fall height rating up to 12 feet!

Playcraft Turf to cover your playground. The
advanced backing design allows maximum
drainage. Combine this with premium fibers
used in the construction of the product and
you get the industry leading surfacing on the
playground market!
Playcraft Turf provides a more natural look
and feel than rubber tiles, poured in place,
or engineered wood fiber. It doesn’t end
up everywhere like wood fiber or pea gravel,
and is more cost effective than poured
in place.

Playcraft Infill is composed of naturally
occurring silica sand found only in the
Hickory Formation in central Texas. Its highly
rounded quartz core resists compression so
it doesn’t continue to compact over time.
Antimicrobial protection is infused into
Playcraft Infill during the manufacturing
process to help prevent the growth of
bacteria, mold, and mildew that can cause
stains, odors and product deterioration.
Playcraft Infill’s natural heat reducing
properties have been proven to lower
synthetic lawn surface temperatures as
much as 25%. Plus it resists changes
brought on by even the harshest weather
conditions, so you always have a cool
surface on which to relax or play.
With its inherent durability and re-usability,
Playcraft Infill has the potential to be re-used
as infill well beyond the life of your turf.

Playcraft Foam Pad is available in a variety
of densities and dimensions. We can provide
the right product to meet your specific needs.
• Light Density Foam - 4-7 lbs per cubic
foot is very popular as cushion and drainage
layer underneath playground surfacing
including synthetic turf.
• Medium Density Foam - 8-10 lbs per
cubic foot is used for a variety of drainage
and cushioning applications, including as a
partial replacement for crushed stone in
synthetic lawn turf applications.
• High Density Foam - 11-13 lbs per cubic
foot is used as a drainage and impact layer
for synthetic turf sports field applications.
It is also very popular as a drainage
and crushed aggregate replacement in
agricultural uses.
The standard width of our product is 4ft.
We can cut lengths of product to any length
ranging from 3ft up to 250ft rolls depending
on thickness. Thicknesses range from 1½”
up to 2 ¼”.
