State-of-the-Art Play-Tuff™ Coated Steel Decks
All Playcraft perforated metal decks and stepping surfaces (including steps, ramps and
bridges) are made in-house. The process begins at the CNC Turret Punch which perforates
heavy-duty sheet metal into specific patterns which are later formed, reinforced, cleaned,
Play-Tuff™ or Thermoplastic coated (optional) and cured. State-of-the-art design and
excellent in-house quality control yields safer, more durable and kid friendly decking!
